Solution The time from start to finish, depends largely on the county you are dealing with. When a purchase is made from Landbank, after the funds are good, within one week the deeds are prepared for recording and sent in to the respective county recorderâ€™s office. Then as soon as they receive the deedâ€”itâ€™s recorded and returned immediately to the buyer,â€”turnaround would only be approximately one week. Other counties may take 2-3 week turnaround time. As soon as the buyer receives the deed in his name then they can start selling.
